Please note that Kopes trading sells to trade only. By signing the Register form, you are stating that you are an owner of a valid retail business and that your purchases are for re-sale purposes only.

New accounts

  • In Ontario & Quebece, the minimum order and re-order is $500.00 before taxes. $565 after taxes, shown in webshop.
  • In Alberta, Saskatchewan, & Northwest Territories, the minimum order and re-order is $1500.00 before taxes. $1575 after taxes, shown in webshop.
  • In British Columbia, the minimum order and re-order is $1500.00 before taxes. $1680 after taxes, shown in webshop.
  • In New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island, the minimum order and re-order is $1500.00 before taxes. $1725 after taxes, as shown in webshop.
  • Method of payment for New Accounts is VISA or MasterCard and email transfer. The charges will be processed before the shipment has left our warehouse.
  • It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure all billing, shipping and contact information is current. Kopes Trading may at any time request a copy of a current business license.

  • Prices are wholesale prices in Canadian dollars, depending on store location.
  • Prices do not include taxes.
  • All orders are subject to freight charges.
  • Kopes Trading reserves the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. 
  • Freight charges are based on location, weight and dimension of shipment.
  • Even though the shipping caps percentages shown in the table below, we always strive to get the best shipping rates.

Note: Please note that any percentages are maximum quantities. If your shipping cost ends up being less than the charged amount, you will be reimbursed.

Cancelations/ refused or undeliverable shipments

  • We make every effort to honour requests for cancellations for regular orders that are not part of a pre -booking program. However, if the shipment has already left our warehouse when the cancellation request is made, it will be subject to a 25% restocking charge (minimum $40.00) plus all shipping costs incurred.
  • Any refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 25% restocking charge
